Early start - just about to have breakfast together. Went to the pub last night, so slept well! Had good food at the church hall we were staying in. We'll do about 47 miles today i think - not really sure about the exact distance! The group that went to the pub last night resolved to stick together today - we'll see how long for! Registration later in st. Wulfram's church, Grantham. Weather clear so far!

Stopped off in lincoln to group up before official start. We'll have a tour of the cathedral and then a group photo. Still waiting for 2 more from Deloitte who got a later train. I've joined the "fast" group but slow pace between Harby and lincoln. Expect it will speed up this afternoon! Due in grantham (harrowby) 5.30pm
